In the art history field are two types of men; gay and men with wives/fiance.  In contrast to the absence of single men, most female art historians are single, with no kids for a lifetime.  why?
Because men are harder to stand loneliness.  They always need someone to support, comfort and complete them or they could accomplish nothing.
Women are stronger by nature. 
Someday I may have a relationship with someone, but deep inside I am always single; independent, trust myself more than the other and making choices instead of being selected.
