Hi dear~

Very nice to see that you have made a such a lovely and cosy "home" for yourself in such a short period – very impressive! Hope you will enjoy life well with your almost luxurious "student dormitory"!  BTW, the librarian should have said "Hi, There!" instead of "Hi, Dear!" – I heard a similar story from a friend many years ago:)!  Wish you all best! – Janet
