促进新陈代谢改善寒冷体质避免食物酒精中毒。杜绝辛辣油腻/多拌沙拉/清淡口味/自己下厨/大量喝绿茶紅茶姜茶蜂蜜/少叫外卖/戒酒/早睡早起少熬夜

灭绝肥肉矫正站姿坐姿使身体重新柔软起来。Yoga/Kickboxing/Zumba /Ballet/fencing/try jogging at the riverside park/bi-weekly walk in central park

看牙,看眼睛,体检。

Studies: 继续看书写作思考,写故事。

改善英语写作(遣词造句)/周2次writing center/考虑找个editor/1-3月按照书单一天一本书加review (共100本)/一个星期至少一本闲书 (闲书单)/按照计划倒计时复习oral exam/写完那个日语故事。

Life: 远离人群,修身养性。远离frank, 远离gossip C-circle,与友人保持信件/email/电话联系,去看Met Opera 和Ballet,听Philharmonic。每两周一次MET,继续练こと(学两首新曲子),画画,学一门新的:pottery/弓道/お茶。练一首钢琴曲(ie. Mozart Variation of the shinning stars)。

Extra:这辈子是逃脱不了看日剧美剧韩剧台湾剧垃圾小说的颓废了。。。新的一年,看就看一遍

Goal (May.15): 听5部经典歌剧,期末演出顺利完成,减到60kg,Oral通过,投一篇学术稿,找到并穿进Brianne的伴娘裙子,学一道主菜一道甜品两道日本家庭料理,弄个稳定的dress up collection。
